In the same year in America... They don't recognise Palestine as a state at all and are actively supporting the entity committing genocide against them.

Could China be doing more? Yeah, absolutely, and I wish for China to do more. The bar is fairly low, it's very easy to clear it. Is the US actively dragging that bar down? Yeah, absolutely, and I wish a very [redacted] for the whole US empire.

I just want one of these guys to actually provide an argument against us tankies that:

1. Shows they actually understand our position and why we hold it.

2. Doesn't lie or manipulate or ignore information to prove their point.

3. Doesn't rely on attacking the individual rather than the argument they are making

4. Dismissing the entire conversation because they recognise they are losing ground and find some small thing to attack (like tone policing).

Like if being a "tankie" is so obviously wrong, like they all insist, then proving our position wrong should be incredibly easy. But every single time they show that they haven't the slightest clue what a "tankie" actually believes and often have 0 understanding of the event they are smugly insisting they are an expert on, and flatly refuse to even consider anything we provide as evidence for our position, even to debunk it. Just once I'd like one of these people to actually come in and engage with us and provide solid proof of why being a liberal is correct and being a communist is incorrect. Seriously, I don't want to fight and die in a revolution, I would prefer liberalism to be true, it would make things so much easier. But not a single liberal I've seen shows they even understand the "tankie" position, let alone is capable of proving it wrong.
