Carney gave a great speech at Davos but it was all talk. He is 100% with continually sharing more and more information on Canadians to violate their privacy rights and comply with US corporate demands. I know Canadian courts have been consistent in striking down facial recognition AI tech in Canada, but what's there to say that the company aren't just doing that anyway? Without real tangible penalties and actual enforcement they can do as they please.

At press time, Carney was fully convinced that this was going to be the time that a US attack on a Middle Eastern country was finally going to lead to peace and security for its people.
This almost sounds sarcastic, really hope he's just smiling and nodding to stall like he was when chating with Donald.

The punch line at Davos was "time for the shopkeepers need to stop posting signs supporting systemic lies". No US empire lie has yet to be unsupported.
His famous "speech" was blatantly imperialist itself if you actually listened or read more than a soundbite.
Could you point some section out, I listened to his speach about middle powers and have no idea what your talking about.
Definitely seemed slightly isolationist, which I'd guess is correlated to imperialism.
How is "let's cooperate with other middle powers" isolationist?
