So I'm gonna be a crying mess because i tried out Hunt Showdown 1896 yesterday trying to run away and find somewhere safe away from all the monsters and end up trying to dodge being conscripted into ww1 a few years later. At least if I survive I can try to work my way into joining the Bolsheviks or grifting my way into economic and political power through abuse of future knowledge and try and lobby FDR to keep Wallace as his VP. Lots of possibilities as long as I can escape that spiritual hocus pocus zombie bullshit.

Stellaris playing as Avali commies, so pretty good i think.

Narrowly avoided a bullet there though since previously i was playing EK2 and was in the middle of series of wars waged for Cyrodiil between obese cannibal Bosmer conqueror, Orsimer kingdom of Falkreath, nearly united Colovia, for some reason Tribunal Temple, and a massive Ayleid reconquista.

I'm stuck in a tiny, dimly lit, wooden, bric-a-brac filled room with a creepy weirdo I can't quite see in the gloom who makes me play card games with disturbingly disproportionately high stakes. The cards occasionally speak to me. They do not say encouraging things.

I am now a Pokemon in Explorers of Sky. Given that there aren't (m)any humans in the PMD universe for some reason, I wouldn't have to worry about being captured and would probably have a good time for the most part.

If I become the Pokemon I was started with, I'm a Mudkip with my Chimchar partner.

Confused I walk out the door and down the stairs..I am bathed in a blue light that quickly flashes yellow with a sharp digital chirp. Before I figure out where the light is coming from I'm shot to death by a turret...

I wake up in an eerie construction site. I'm holding a Glock 17. The magazine I'm holding in my other hand has 5 rounds in it. I holster the Glock and shot myself in the leg bleeding out quickly...

I've been going back and forth between Hades and TOTK. Thankfully I'll be waking up in the Tanagar Canyon and exploring the Forgotten Temple trying to figure out what happened to the Mother Goddess statue. Probably find a shrine of two to solve along the way too.

I can't remember if I played Metroid zero mission or doom eternal last so (assuming I'm the main character) I'm either a lonely badass exploring harsh terrain to put an end to a scourge on humanity and get revenge on the monster that killed my family, with a variety of weapons collected along the way and enemies that provide heath and ammo when they die or... Huh, I guess I have a very specific genre I enjoy.
