So they support measures to end unequal exchange and redistribute the wealth of imperial core countries back towards the global south right...? 
Also what does 60k means when you pay 30k for a broken arm. A European making 25k or a PRC citizen making 10k probably has the same buying power (wet finger estimations don't quote me on that)
