Daylight time is better for BC. Otherwise we'd be getting up at 3:30am with the sunshine

damn that's wild. The best thing about that would be not having to use lights in the morning, saves a little bit of power no?

Yes, even with drapes and a roller blind at 4 ish I'm starting to wake up from the light coming in. By 5 am in full Summer it seems like what wouldbee late morning elsewhere. Winters suck though. Dark day and night...not literally like a Polar location, but we have the winter rainforest cloud cover of just one solid cloud for months and you don't see the sun, and it rains everyday. Although climate change has meant that seems to be changing.

I'm a morning person, I much prefer to wake up to daylight than to darkness.

Yeah I just prefer daylight at 4:30am not 3:30am in Summer. For winter it doesn't matter so much here because the solid cloud and rain means it is dark all day.

It's actually kind of fun. You should try the Yukon sometime!
