I would say that fascist thinks there's one switch that can be pressed to save the world, while socialists are working towards a world where everyone can flip their switch and when everyone does it you get communism.
Switch isn’t a good analogy for building socialism either. Fascists already have a base built on hatred. We’re stuck have to convince everybody to stay the course towards something better.
