He made fake SS-like uniform but doubled the skulls on it. Certified "Are we the baddies" double down moment.
Edit: Quadrupled actually, original SS had only one skull, on the hat. He had 4. And the ribbon on his sleeve seems to say "Totenkopf", which means "death's head" so it can count as fifth. I won't even mention that original Totenkopf troops formed from the concentration camps guards. He sure wasn't very subtle in his aspiration to lowest dregs of nazism.
