It's fine you don't have to have the sex, the amount of sex that needs to be had is shared by all sex-havers so if you don't want to have it then someone else can have some more to compensate. If you want to, then just check the quota and see if there's any more that needs to be had and then have some of that amount.
A negative amount, for every amount of sex in the universe there exists an equal amount of anti-sex. Keep enough on hand to cancel out any sex to sustain sub zero levels.
