badposting is a comm where you post badly

This is not a !the_dunk_tank@hexbear.net alternative. This is not a !memes@hexbear.net alternative. This is a place for you to post your bad posts.

Ever had a really shitty bit idea? Joke you want to take way past the point of where it was funny? Want to feel like a stand-up comedy guy who's been bombing a set for the past 30 minutes straight and at this point is just saying shit to see if people react to it? Really bad pun? A homemade cringe concoction? A cognitohazard that you have birthed into this world and have an urge to spread like chain mail?

Rules:

  1. Do not post good posts.
    • Unauthorized goodposting is to be punished in the manner of commenting the phrase "GOOD post" followed by an emoji that has not yet been used in the thread
    • Use an emoticon/kaomoji/rule-three-abiding ASCII art if the rations run out
  2. This is not a comm where you direct people to other people's bad posts. This is a comm where you post badly.
  3. This rule intentionally left blank.
  4. If you're struck for rule 3, skill issue, not allowed to complain about it.

Code of Conduct applies just as much here as it does everywhere else. Technically, CoC violations are bad posts. On the other hand: L + ratio + get ~~better~~ worse material bozo

Boysenberry is the shit!

[–] wizardbeard@lemmy.dbzer0.com 12 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Like the idea, but feel like the hotdog bun is too much bread

ive never had a crepe but maybe we can invent some kinda crepe tortilla

[–] Horse@lemmygrad.ml 13 points 1 day ago

i'm tempted to try this, but i'm scared i'll like it

[–] plinky@hexbear.net 13 points 1 day ago (1 children)

too dry, but might be interesting if they made the bread from cake

[–] Robert_Kennedy_Jr@hexbear.net 10 points 1 day ago

Drink a glass of milk with it.

[–] Robert_Kennedy_Jr@hexbear.net 12 points 1 day ago

Still healthier than a hot dog.

[–] ConcreteHalloween@hexbear.net 10 points 1 day ago

That shit would slap if I was drunk (which I am).

Hell yea. Add hazelnut spread

[–] Alaskaball@hexbear.net 11 points 1 day ago

Got me and my coworkers laughing at its absurdity

[–] sangeteria@lemmy.ml 11 points 1 day ago

Too starchy/sugary. Maybe works for dessert

[–] MeetMeAtTheMovies@hexbear.net 7 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Your counters are so clean I’m jealous

[–] Carcharodonna@hexbear.net 3 points 17 hours ago (1 children)

I stole this image from elsewhere, unfortunately. My real counters look awful.

[–] MeetMeAtTheMovies@hexbear.net 2 points 16 hours ago

I feel you. Awful counters gang

I would get rid of the bun and just spread it on the banana itself, which could be okay and very slightly be a less sugar bomb.

[–] LemmyFeed@lemmy.dbzer0.com 6 points 1 day ago

I'll allow it.

Into my belly

I hate everything about this. Well done.

[–] oliveoil@hexbear.net 8 points 1 day ago

Good flavour composition. Way too glycemic.

[–] GoodBleanis@hexbear.net 8 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

I do this but no jam. Also I do a PB and banana burrito by wrapping the banana in a peanut butter coated tortilla.

It's fast and ok

[–] LeeeroooyJeeenkiiins@hexbear.net 4 points 1 day ago (1 children)

why not do roasted plantains and black beanut butter

[–] KuroXppi@hexbear.net 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

When i say black beanut butter i mean like season them like sos pwa nwa or haitian black beans (a little salty, spicy, a little sweet (apple cider vinegar) etc (not too sweet bc of the plantains and whatnot) bc i think that'd go together good

[–] average@hexbear.net 6 points 1 day ago

I’d try it.

[–] BobDole@hexbear.net 8 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

Bob Dole is interested

[–] Athena5898@hexbear.net 5 points 1 day ago

Pretty good. I've done something similar but not with a banana. That is genius

[–] Salah@hexbear.net 5 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Would be delicious with higher quality ingredients

[–] CandyPants@lemmy.ml 7 points 1 day ago (1 children)

How much higher quality can you get?

[–] Salah@hexbear.net 2 points 1 day ago

I don’t live in the US so basically everything I get from a store tastes better. I’d get peanut butter that has no other ingredients than peanut, bread that contains fibers and jelly that doesn’t contain corn syrup.

[–] Krem@hexbear.net 3 points 1 day ago

some actual good pb, some less sugary jam, a less sugary roll as well, and this would be actually great

This reminds me I have to try out the pbj banana sandwich

[–] dead@hexbear.net 6 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I found that mashing the banana with a fork gives the sandwich a better texture although losing the glizzy structure.

[–] jodanlime@midwest.social 3 points 1 day ago

Better texture for who?! I like the nanner slices.

[–] deforestgump@hexbear.net 6 points 1 day ago

hmmm maybe slice them on a bias and drizzle a little chocolate or honey

[–] el_twitto@lemmy.zip 2 points 1 day ago

Needs bacon.

[–] Impenetrouble@hexbear.net 3 points 1 day ago
